Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SpringBoot Generator (the “Service”), operated by ITGwada, SIRET 50027785000045, 26560 Séderon, FRANCE (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SpringBoot Generator lets you describe a project through a guided form and download a generated Spring Boot project (and, optionally, a matching frontend). A basic generation is available for free without an account. Additional “Pro” features (advanced databases, generated tests, Docker, full-stack generation, and more) are available through paid credit packs or subscriptions.

2. Accounts

Paid features require an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or circumvent its usage limits or bot protection;
  • access the Service by automated means beyond the provided interface;
  • resell or redistribute access to the Service itself;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Generated code

You own the code you generate. We claim no ownership over the projects produced for you and place no licensing restriction on your use of them. The generated code is provided “as is”: you are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing and maintaining it before using it in production. It may include third-party open-source dependencies governed by their own licenses.

5. Payments, credits and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid generations consume credits; credit packs and subscriptions are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Generated projects are digital content supplied immediately. When you start a generation, you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the project has been generated and made available for download. Accordingly, once a project has been generated and downloaded, the corresponding credits are non-refundable, including if you simply change your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights. If the generator fails or produces an unusable project, contact us at support@springboot-generator.com: we will restore the credits used (1 or 2, depending on the generation) so you can generate again at no extra cost, or refund them. If you encounter a bug, we will fix it at no charge. If you were charged in error, we will review your request in good faith.

Unused credits (purchased but never spent on a delivered generation) remain refundable within 14 days of purchase, on a pro-rata basis of the price actually paid for the corresponding pack. Each credit is treated individually: using one credit does not forfeit your right to a refund on the others. After 14 days, credits remain valid and never expire, but are no longer refundable.

Subscriptions are governed by section 5: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — the platform, its interface, and its generation engine — and all related intellectual property remain ours or our licensors’. These Terms grant you no rights over the Service other than the right to use it as described.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and the generated code are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated code will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service or generated code. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users.

11. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms as they evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Valence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
